  2. Explain the average consumer's knowledge, attitude and behaviors related to medication errors
  3. Describe how these impact consumer expectations for pharmacy services
  4. Discuss the impact of these expectations on the practice of pharmacy
  5. List three activities pharmacy professionals can perform to help modify consumer knowledge, attitudes and behaviors related to medication errors

In accordance with the PhRMA Code of Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, attendance at this educational program is limited to Healthcare Professionals. An AES certificate for a maximum of 1 hour of accredited continuing education will be awarded to pharmacist and technician participants.
